• Notes:
This wireless battery has no MagSafe-style magnetic alignment and therefore cannot magnetically charge the iPhone 12 series.

Do not use a 5W charger to charge your wireless phone and to recharge the PowerCore III Sense external battery at the same time.
To charge simultaneously at maximum speed, it is recommended to use a charger with an output of at least 18W.
Phone cases thicker than 5 mm, magnetic accessories, metal accessories, holders or credit cards will interfere with wireless charging.
Place the phone in the center of the external battery to ensure a stable charge. If the phone does not start charging, adjust the position of the phone.
Press the power button to turn on wireless charging.
10,000 mAh is the total rated capacity of the internal cells of the battery.
